Geiger Muller Tube, F2-5135.70, £184.50
 This sensor connects directly to the digital input on the ALBA Interface and Logger. It has a 9mm window and is capable of measuring alpha, beta and gamma radiation.
There are two Applications on ALBA Disk 4 which can be used with the GM Tube: Counter and Ratemeter. On Disk 5 there is an Application for studying Half Value Thickness.
Connected to a laptop makes this setup portable and offers the potential for some interesting work outside the classroom.
