 To understand the results from the demonstartion of the Rate of Reaction Application on Chemistry Disk1 you will need to look at the setup shown in the photograph. A light beam is shone through a beaker containing 50ml of sodium thiosulphate and 10 ml of hydrochloric acid is added. The light level is monitored with a light sensor connected to the ALBA Interface and Logger.
The software tools are used to find the gradient of the graph as this is the rate of the reaction.
